It takes too long to schedule service (and that's if you can even get anyone to return a phone call). Once you get a service appointment, it's extremely hard to talk to anyone. In addition, the service itself takes way too long (10 days for oil change and brakes). Would definitely not recommend.

I was a little upset, because my Concierge Lauren wasn't there. I also didn't know what A1 service consisted of. Lauren always took care of everything. She even had my windshield wipers changed on my visit and I don't think they were changed this time. I thought that was part of the service. I also am a little upset that Mercedes couldn't look up my gift certificate of $25 off my service. Lucas took care of everything else, but another employee that they couldn't look it up because it was another service that sent it out. ...
